Method of Payment
At point of booking, we require a 25% deposit paid preferably by bank transfer or alternatively by PayPal. Email us for the details.  The balance to be paid in cash on arrival.  Please note we do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation charges
1.  Within 14 days of your arrival, 100% of total accommodation.
2.  15-29 days prior to your arrival, 50% of total accommodation.
3.  30 days or more, loss of deposit.
4.  Bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, will be asked to pay 100% of the total accommodation.
5.  In the event of early departure and your stay is cut short for any reason, the full duration of each confirmed booking will be charged.
